Turbo Pressure.

HI, this may be a stupid question, I have a Mag 500 turbo and am using the Spinervals 1 taining dvd. Can anybody tell me what sort of pressure I should set on the load force to, some sort of guide or recommendation. Thanks.

Just set it 7 and leave it there, the mag 500 doesn't provide that much resistance. (Then use your gears to alter the resistance.)

Probably more use looking at your heart rate than which gear/resistance your in.
