iv recently got a flat bar hybrid for the commute to work and it came with bontrager hard case tyres,,700*28 ,,now these are a bit slick i think ,,theyre fine on tarmac when its dry but with the ice and gen rather shitty roads id like something a bit more "tready "(is that even a word lol),,theres not a lot of space between the tyres and the frame so obv im kinda limited ,,theres about 10 mm mm each side but theres very little clearance above the rear tyre ~()prob about 5 mm or so)so is theyr any tyres that spring to mind that are not too nobbly and dont need mega clearance but have a bit of tread in that size ..puncture proof(
)would b good ,,i commute on tarmac 100% so off road isnt an issue but there is a few wee sections of loose ground that up till now iv avoided,so the ability to ride them confidently would help,,iv got a real snow bike with studded tyres on 26 s so its just for the wet,kinda cold and maybe a wee bit of frost im thinking of
