Not been much here on the individual stages of the Vuelta but today's seemed one of note as it sounded like every single rider hit the deck at least once.

I just saw the pile up near the end - pretty gruesome.
Just inside the 3km limit so no major time losses and Cancellara stays in gold.

I recorded it and just watched it back, there was a lot of nasty ones today. I couldn't quite fathom Fuglsang's crash it seemed a pretty innocuous spot, yet he veered out of the peloton across what seemed like a large gap and into the back of a parked oil tanker

Stage two was pretty good, I thought, but stages three and four have been pretty lifeless. I am looking forward to the race restarting and finding its proper rhythm.
