Thomas Cook staff were amazing today,it took some time and two visits.But we are back on International Drive in a better hotel near all the restaurants that we have contacted about serving gluten free food for our daughter.Transport now not a problem.We have got £50 back as a sweetner and a free meal at a restaurant.Plus better rooms.What a result.Well done Virgin Holidays.

nicely done! you up the top end of international drive then? walking distance to universal and wet and wild is great, plus the iride takes you all the way down to seaworld and aquatica! its good stuff

Sorry but I read that in a rather different way until i realised it was Virgin Holidays not a virgin. I was wondering what it was to do with a travel agents. Half a bottle of lambrusco would usually do the trick
