We have a double child trailer and the small waterproof flap/cover is useless.Has anyone found a way to attach a better cover ? We was thinking of maybe a rain cover from a double buggy ???
Any hints or tips? Cheers Chris.

i've tried that trick and, tbh, it didn't really fit and blew off in the wind. you can get one of these, but for £53 i'm happy just to fold the thing up and chuck it in the shed…

Do you mean for storage or when towing it? For storage most garden centres sell shaped covers for various items of garden furniture. they come in different shapes and sizes and could be worth a look.

Daddy, why do we always cycle in the dark?

More seriously, the problem will be visibility for the kids with anything like a tarpaulin or groundsheet.

Fitting is a doddle, depending on your sewing skills and the materiel

Most camping shops sell press studs that are very easily fitted and once in place are secure and easy to use.
