Which SPD cleat?

There is more than one type of SPD cleat, SH51, SH52, SH55, possibly others, that my brief research on the Evans website has revealed.

What is the difference between them, would they all be compatible with the same pedal?

I need to get some extra sets of cleats - I've worn down the hex key heads on the set I have, so I can't get them off the shoes that are now falling apart!
