I'm a Gold customer and there was sod-all in with my two pairs of Koolstop brake pads that arrived today. There was sod-all in my last package either. My last 'gift' came three orders ago.

I'm not impressed...

I bought a set of Conti tyres and tubes, got a bottle opener.

Bought some mispriced inner cables, and end caps (grand total of £1.70 odd) got a bottle opener.

It's all a bit random, innit?

and to cap it all, i now have blistered/shredded fingers and thumbs having taken over 2 hours to put the ****ing back tyre on the rim
