I'm on the lookout for a jacket/gilet for spring/summer that's breathable and windproof - levels of waterproofness not a priority. The only niggles are that I don't want anything in black and I'm not a fan of Tenn Outdoors (based on previous experience). Budget - up to £40/£50.

Any thoughts / recommendations? I've spent the past few days googling and don't seem to be getting anywhere.

For occasional use ye canny beat the Decathlon B'Twin rain jacket, under a tenner, various colours, squishes up small for jersey pocket. http://www.decathlon.co.uk/rain-jacket-3-id_8154029.html

I like the idea of pockets in a gilet, I have a couple of others which don't have any.
Whether it's too warm I don't know as it's described as '3 season'

I have this one in red and I got it from here -> CLICK ME doesnt have a rear pocket, I find I dont need one because the jersey I wear underneath it has pockets, and not really waterproof (but it would be ok in a light shower) coz it has a breathable rear panal but it keeps the chill off and folds up small and lives in the rear pocket of my jersey.
