winter mud guards

Hi all,

have recently een looking at some "lightweight" mudguards for road/ race bikes, could anybody advise if they worth getting?

I have very little clearance between the frame and wheels!

..any advice appreciated

Crudguard Roadracer MK2 are ace as long as you have 23c tyres. there's a seperate thread here:

Crudguard Roadracer MK2 are made to fit up to 25mm tyres and rummer has it some people have successfully used them with 28mm tyres, but then again others have tried and failed...

They won't do 25's on my TCR.
