There's a superb advert from the Edinbourogh bike Coop on the back of the manchester buses sometimes. - fat blob in a car and lean guy on a bike.

Thats a pretty annoying thing to do. What difference does it make to you if they don't stop?

The trouble is the more I see it the more dangerous it looks to me.I've seen plenty of near misses as well.
