Guys can anyone help. Think my pro is an older version and I need to update firmware to be able to run zwift. Any ideas how. Looked on bkool paired devices can’t see the option to update?

I remember to ensure that it does a successful firmware, your ant+ dongle needs to be within a few inches of the trainer. Bkool tends not to update if it's too far away. which Bkool unit do you have, pro or classic?

Pro about 3 years old. Bkool detects it but can’t seem to find the update firmware??

Are you sure it needs an update? which firmware does it have? I can check the Bkool I've got to compare

i think the current version is 6.66.

Are you sure your trainer's not already on Ant+FE-C? Have you tried pairing with Zwift as it is?

All sorted now. Uninstalled bkool and reinstalled and all good now.

once paired in Zwift, unplug the Bkool and reconnect power. This should clear any Bkool settings and make it perform well. Set smoothing to zero and slope to maximum.

I thought you'd be trying to encourage more splitters not scare them away ..... suggesting the pretzel as a first ride on Zwift

Pretzel isn't bad unless you're going flat out
