Missed all this chat today, got to do a workout on a training plan, but is Tuesday evening going to be a regular race night? If so I'll shift workouts about, as I still haven't done a race on zwift.

And me, I overheated quite badly which is rare for me and 2 weeks of no Zwift or running has taken its toll.

But I was able to race with no pain in my ribs so back on the bike from now on.

I have PR’s for every part of that lap which says it all really. I was on my limit with slightest easing and I would begin to fall back and I would have to put out short bursts of 5w to stay with the pack. I just couldn’t get my breath Huge kudos to Lee and Brussgard for staying with Paul and the A’s at that pace.
