Ive been tinkering with my 1951 Sun and giving it a little more oomph with some spare parts I had hanging around in the workshop. The12-speeds will give this lovely little 26" wheeled gem a lot more versatility...

Very Nice. Can you still get batteries for that Ever Ready or is it ‘converted’?
Can’t recall seeing an upgrade to 11 speed on your bikes before so is this your first ‘restomod’?

800 cell batteries long since gone sadly, I’ve an insert that takes C cells, old HP11

Traditional MTB wheels have a 559mm diameter.
650B tyres have a 584mm dimeter.

The wheels are 26 x 1-3/8" 650b tyres, Ive another bike with similar wheels but on closer inspection these were/are different.
