Replacing my rim brakes with discs.

Both hubs have 6 holes for a disc - that's the easy bit.

The front has mounts on the forks with a 75mm spacing and they face the rear - is this the standard?

The rear mount however has a spacing of 55mm. That's where I'm lost - all the sets I have been looking at seem to be the same for front & rear.

Any recommendations for 160mm sub £200 for both front & rear that will work with my setup?

The front will be post mount, so a 160mm caliper will bolt straight on. The rear will be IS and needs an adaptor.
As for brakes I have deore which are great for my needs.
