That's quite a considerable route you undertook there! Any cyclist would be proud to have achieved that.

I'm thinking of replacing my MTB with a cyclocross bike, I believe a CX bike would have been ideal for a mixed route like that.

I was wondering why I didn't recognise any of it and then realised, wrong Borrowdale

Globalti the ride was about 40 miles starting and finishing at the Farleton View Tearoom and Red Light there are two Borrowdales in Cumbria, the route on Saturday was up Borrowdale near Shap, the bridleway up Borrowdale starts at Borrowbridge near Tebay and you follow it up the valley for about 6 miles until you get to the A6.
