Back in the saddle

Hi there from Colchester

Haven't cycled for over 20 years but back in the saddle and aiming to get fit.
After a few training sessions on the turbo trainer was out on the
Road today and managed a 14 mile ride !
Well pleased but had to walk up last part of one hill

Here's to some more sunny ride outs!!

I had to walk up a bit of hill too: today the wind was blowing me backwards
