BB King and Ben E King, both gone in 2 weeks.
Let's hope it's Jonathan King next.

RIP BB King.
I knew that he was ill and frail and didn't think that it would be long for him. Another true legend.

Was lucky enough to see him in his prime and playing the Fairfield Halls Croydon .... which shows the man's graciousness!
Great performer and a true Legend. I think his unique talent was to be able to project more emotion and feeling into one note where others try to use 20.
Probably the last of the early Delta bluesmen.

Was also lucky to see him in 2009 at Wembley. Never seen any artist throw coins and jewellery into the crowd before. Absolute legend.

I can't remember a time when I didn't own a copy of his Jazz and Blues album.

A great loss but he's left enough lovely music behind with which to remember him.

BB King is a legend, but as Andy said he's left a wonderful legacy of music. I picked up some of his work on vinyl ages ago and I'll be listening in memory of the big blues king tonight.

Very sad, been a fan of BB's for over 50 years. I was also lucky to see him at Wembley a few years ago. Another legend gone.... RIP
