Took my 5 yo on an adventure ride (her words) to Grandad's yesterday and she did great.

4-5 mile round trip, and it didn't seem to phase her at all (she was still hopping all over the furniture at 9pm last night!).

It's amazing how much energy them little 'uns have; then again, I think ours is especially hyper ...

I read a piece in a paper, a chap who took his 5 year old son's stabiliser off, in a park or something it must have been, and the kid rode off, and refused to stop. They did 5 miles before he consented to stopping. He was impressed at a 5 year old doing 5 miles until he realised that meant the kid was now tired and 5 miles from home.... It took a lot of cajoling and promises of icecream to get back...

If sh's hyper, Admin, I can't think where she gets it from....
