‘Slow cyclists’ bring danger road junction to a halt


...have to say there wasn't really any holding up of the traffic, probably because the car traffic was so light. I wish I'd got a picture of the policeman standing in the middle of three lanes on Caledonian Road stopping the non existent traffic flow!
