Surprisingly good read. He doesn't feck about and really gives a good feel to what it's like sprinting at 70kph

I read the other day that at Naomi Campbell's book launch she was asked by some wag if she'd read it!

I really don't like these early-career cash-ins. It's going to be a sanitised, cleared by-management-and-legal-team hack piece. He's going to have a good story to tell, when his career has run it's course, but this is far too early.
