Campag fit rear wheel

I need some new wheels, specifically a rear wheel.

My current rear wheel is near death and replacement has been recommended.

It needs to be Campagnolo fitment, I will consider a pair if the price is right.

For me, and this is only a personal opinion, handbuilt is the only way to go.
My current Campag wheel is on a Hope Pro 3 hub which I love. Seems to roll better than any of the loose bearing Shimano offerings I've had before. The noise isn't to everybody's taste, but a quick moment of freewheeling is useful to warn errant peds on shared paths, and let other riders you are going past on the downhills.
Has Ambrosio Excellence rims at the moment, but if I was building today it would have to be with Planet-X's current half price offer on DT Swiss RR465.
