Hi everyone!

As a student, I bought a 2009 Giant CRS 4 (womens) as I was cycling a few miles per day. I've now moved to London and want to cycle-commute (6 miles, hilly) but there are a couple of little niggles with my current model: mainly that it's a bit 'sturdy' and the gears are always on the highest setting.

I'd really like to change up for a 'proper' road bike, ideally without spending much. Does anyone have any recommendations on the best way to do this - exchange programs etc? Or good second hand retailers in London who buy and sell?

Thanks!

Hi Emily. There are quite a few bike shops out there that now do 0% finance...that might be an option. Other than that, your work might do a 'cycle scheme' so that you take a small salary sacrifice each month and can then buy the bike at a much reduced cost at the end :-)

Hope you get sorted :-)
