Why the hell is a hospital putting money in Icelandic banks?

An example of all that's wrong with our public services. Shouldn't they be concentrating on their core business, not gambling their money in the big casino?

If Brown bails out this hospital, then everybody will demand bailing out....part of a viscious circle
