I joined here while trying to identify my bike that i have had for over 15 years & thanks to your help found it was a Carlton Corsa.
Well since it was about time i started to ride more i set about a spruce up. I do love the standard bikes but since mine already had different chain set, odd wheels and viking bars i thought a clean, a paint and a few new parts would do just nice.
This is how she has been for years..

So i stripped..

Picked a nice colour form the local car shop that they put in a rattle can for me..

New tyres, bar tape, Seat and seat post and cables etc, ready to go..
The whole spruce up only cost me £72 so a bargain as far as im concerned, she rides lovley and im starting to get out on a weekend/evening 8 miles, 19 miles and 6 miles so far. Heres to another 15 years for now.
