does anyone else find this? did 71miles at 19mph avg this morning on a club run, so a pretty decent workout, since gettin back i have eaten:
1x Twirl
1/2 a tube of pringles
2x eggs
2x toast
6x bacon slices
2x glasses of coke
2x bananna
2x brunch bar
2x kit kats
and yet i'm still hungry , does anyone else get like this, and have you found anything which *will* fill me up
