I had to use the car this morning as I had to go straight from home over to Blackburn.
Then I came upon a guy just getting scooped up at 07:30 on Bolton Road Edgeworth with junction of Haworth Street HERE
His bike didn't look to bad as I saw a local resident wheel it past, and the fact I didn't see the meds with a stretcher I took as a good sign.
From the position of bike and car when I came upon it I would summise, (dangerous I know!), that the car had pulled out of the small siding that is Haworth Street, but sadly hadn't seen the cyclist.
Anyway, assumptions aside I hope the guy is OK. The bike looked like a very well used commuter, functional not flash but probably this guys pride and joy.
