The southbound exit from the southern part of the junction is worrying because the width of carriageway reduces quite rapidly. You have to find a line in the left hand car lane (I leave the so-called bike lane well alone for fear of getting squeezed) and stick with it. But....it looked to me as if this chap was doing precisely that.
Having said that, re-phasing the lights and making the bus lane continuous southbound to Kennington would be a great improvement, at very little cost.
