Downtime: Server hardware upgrade

To allow for continued growth, I've arranged for more memory to be fitted to the CC server.

It will mean a bit of downtime, so I'm trying to get it scheduled for the early hours of the morning to minimise impact.

I'll post here once the upgrade has been carried out.

The upgrade is now scheduled for 2am - 4am on Tuesday 2nd August.

The memory wasn't compatible with the CC server so they're ordering the right stuff and it will be upgraded at a later date.

I'll post again to advise of the next scheduled shutdown.

Also assuming that it's a data centre server. They're being really crap lately.

My friend who work in a hosting business told me that they took a photo of the wrong rack and a completely different server to the one they ordered/
