A great ride, I can imagine it being psychologically hard to ride through Sudbury and then carry on riding away from home. I went within 5 miles of home 25 miles from the end, but at least I knew it wasn't long left.

To be fair we didn't actually go any further! We rode from Sudbury to London had some grub and a beer then rode back to Sudbury with everyone else, by the time we got back to Sudbury it was 1.30 and we had done 127 miles, enough for me.
One of the guys rode from Dunwich met us in Sudbury and was doing the full route back to Dunwich again, mad bugger.
Was a great ride though, so many cyclists on all manner of kit along the roads in the dark, very hypnotic, and huge crowds at the pub stops and even Sudburys fire station who were laying on a BBQ and drinks.
