I just scramble them in a non-stick pan, and rinse it out immediately so the residue doesn't congeal.

Put between two slices of buttered toast with a dash of brown sauce and you have a lovely, easy, breakfast ;)

On the other hand Jean refuses to use a non-stick pan for scrambled egg. You end up with more stuck to the pan than on your plate ;)
 
Poached egg with bubble and squeak (fried potato and cabbage/green vegetables for the uninitiated).
Scrambled egg on lightly toasted bread and smoked salmon.
