Great weekend's racing this weekend in Sutton Park.

Congrats to all the riders, all the winners, and especially to Helen Wyman for a third National Championship in a row, and to Roger Hammond for his astonishing Eighth National Title, after a superbly tactical, measured perfomance.

Think I got a sun tan, too!

I didn't see it but only read the report on Cyclingnews, but as you say a good win for Roger Hammond and Helen Wyman. It was also the first win for the new Team High Road so they will be pleased to get their name on the winners sheet!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was only there on Sat, as my lad was riding the U23 (he had a nightmare - punctured when miles from the pits, then broke his rear mech).

I think the Nationals are better when they're at Sutton Park, good crowd, great atmosphere, great racing and I can spend my time watching the race instead of cleaning bikes!

Great ride from him - straight off at the start to take an early lead - only Hammond and Killeen could get past him and he still had a good lead on the rest of the field.
