This bike is awesome. I don't know why other members are slating this brand. If you want a bike that has good components and don't mind learning about how to maintain your bike them go for this. Needs some work on gear cables and settings when it arrives but well, well worth the money!

Hopefully you didn't only join to resurrect a 20 month old thread and tell everyone they are wrong.
At the time the 2012 Triban 5 had a better spec for less money and bikes from the bigger name brands were available for a similar price, which is why the advice steered away from the Viking.
Perhaps write up something about your experience with the bike? Plenty of folk will be interested if it's a decent choice for the money.
