No im not an Aussie !
My names Syer and im a 43 year old married man with 3 boys from Sunny Lowestoft in Suffolk.
Like alot of us middle-aged fella's.....i done alot of cycling as a kid, and have been back at it for a few months now for fun, exercise and weight loss...... And im getting kinda hooked :-)
Been doing 10-12 miles EVERY days before work, and more at weekend [30 miles this morning for example].
I've lost very nearly 3 stone in weight in as many months and 'm sure will hound you seasoned Pro's with many questions. Some might test you. Some will be dumb im sure !
