I was actually approached by a rival agency at christmas about a move to them, we couldnt agree on the money so I said no, they came back just before I went away and have offered me what I want, too good to refuse unfortunately!

I know someone who was on 26k - got lifted by another company told this one about the offers and they bettered it with benefits...the person involved is on, now, 40k!

Not with Emma and my boss but I am sure i can fit something in... Just realised I wont be on the cycle scheme anymore... if they have one I may need a new bike, although probably a single speed as new office is only 1/2 a mile from my house, which is the only downside no more fun 18 mile commute!
