I'm Steve , 46 , been into fitness all my life , started in boxing and Muay Thai , tried a little weightlifting , then about 2 years ago bought a mountain bike to cycle and have some fun.
Having been advised by some friends , I bought a Specialized Roubaix , in orange fade and started road riding about 4 months ago and love it !
I ride around country lanes in Norfolk , I live a mile from the coast and love it apart from some cars or vans that get bit close to me that's something I find very un-nerving and I'm very conscious of now having ridden across treks and along the beach last two years.
I'm very novice and always willing to listen to advice and I'm trying hard to learn as much as I can about my bike , how to get the best out of it , and things that will help me as I ride .
