yep.... had a spin on the mountain bike round Baggeridge Park and the railway walk in Wombourne..... haven't been on it for months... got quite muddy and dirty.. being a 'roadie' i could bear all the noise from the drive train and the shitty gear changes ( as well as the hum of the fat tyres on the tarmac !!!). I was hoping to enjoy 'mud plugging'... the bike is now at the back of the row of bikes in the garage nice and clean. ;-)
Also managed to get out for a spin on the road bike... tackled a few of the hill in Gornal for my sins.... it was a bit more enjoyable them the MTB.... It like going from a 10 ton truck to a F1 car .
