just thought i would stop by and say hello. just got back into cycling after a 3 year absence and decided me and iona (the fox) are going to ride from liverpool to leeds (home) via the canal for st gemma's hospice. still arranging everything but looking at going around the 14th or 15th of september.really looking forward to it.
