Thank you all for a very warm welcome.
A bit about myself, hmm well I'm 40 plus VAT years old, married with 2.4 children (son and daughter plus entourage) utterly addicted to fixed wheel bike riding which I do on a daily basis commuting to and from work, about 16 miles a day, not a massive commute i'll grant you but I do love it

My bike is a Raleigh something or other that i've never really been able to identify but i've been riding it for so long now it almost feels like it's a part of me and I could never bear to part with it.
At weekends you'll find me either mooching around the greenways and country roads of yorkshire or faffing about in the bike shed working on some bikey project or the other.
