I'm 34 yrs old from Leicester.
Used to only ever do upto 15 mile rides every now and again on my Scott Boulder mtb that I've had since 1994 (still going, although not ridden much now).
I broke my leg badly and am unable to do any impact sports at all so then got a Specialised Sirrus bike and now go out at least once a week for a social ride and ride to work when I can.
There is lots of questions that I'll be asking in the near future.... just to pre warn you all

Went out today for my furthest ride with a good friend who is doing a ride to skeggy and back next weekend and wanted some last minute training.
65 miles done and body isn't feeling too bad at the moment.
