- ...I don't have much idea - really.
mike e, pictured centre, made it to The Cenotaph with minutes to spare today.
He has raised over £1000 for the 'Help a Hero' cause.
How?
Well, he's a regular FNRttC attendee - and usually catches the train down from Hull to participate, once a month, at midnight, with a full moon. (Not him - in the sky silly).
Just to be different, and to raise funds for a worthy cause, he decided to cycle.
Well - fancy that!
So he cycled from Hull to Colchester. Then from Colchester to Hyde Park Corner. From there (at midnight, you understand...)he did his normal thing - the Friday Night Ride to the Coast - Bognor this time.
After availing ourselves of the breakfast service in the Café at Felpham - a mere spoke's turn from Bognor. He-rode-back-to-London-again.
Then rushed off to catch the 16:30 cattle wagon back to Hull.
Big man. Well done.
Oh - and in case you are wondering - he did it all on FIXED.
A pleasure to be with you mike - sweet dreams!
