Hi. I just finished a goal of riding every day of 2011 no matter what the weather or circumstance. At least 60 minutes a day but I went well past that and put in over 10,000 miles for the year. An MRI in January, showed bulging discs in C-2 & C-3 in the advanced stage - not good. I'm looking at a recumbent bike and I've tried the Catrike Expedition and Pocket. I know it takes some getting used to, but it seems as if my neck is still in an awkward position and I'm just trading one bad cervical spine position for another. Anyone have any experience with this situation? Thanks!
