Hi the beast is a special Recumbent trike that supports your legs either side of the front wheel and your arms become the power house to get motivated. Can't comment on the beer I stopped drinking a long time ago and now I'm 'T' total, and there is only one brand I enjoy which no on sells in any of the pubs.
