I've been reading here for a while as I have just starting doing some regular cycling, I'm not sure why... One day I just tore through all the tat in one of the sheds and emerged triumphant with a grubby old mountain bike. I've been around some cycle paths for a few miles in the last few weeks to see if it can be done and yes, it seems it can. I'm just going to take it easy and see what happens.
