First of all, thanks for having me. I'm very new to cycling and have bought a 'vintage' road bike for my commute across town. In the hope to help the planet, my pocket, and my waistline!

I'm looking forward to getting the cycling bug and will try and keep the 'new boy' questions to a minimum.
