went for beans and cheese.... farting like a trooper now (may up the av. speed)

lardons and baked beans. remove some of the pot and mix with cooked filling and replace and put under grill

grate powerful cheddar, carrots and slice onions. Mix all together with full-fat mayo and sprinkle freshly grated black pepper on top.
Wait an hour at least (if you can bear too - the taste will get stronger) and enjoy.
