Hey everyone, my Zefal handpump for use at home (so doesn’t need to be compact) has failed. The Presta valve end has worn out and now doesn’t seal properly around the valve. Any suggestions for a good quality replacement? Thanks for your advice!

I've been using an Aldi/Lidl track pump for at least 10 years without any problems. It's so old I can't remember exactly where I bought it!

Similarly I picked a track pump up in Wilko a few years ago for a tenner and with a couple of running repairs is still in service.

Makita do a tyre pump, runs off their rechargeable batteries. Does the bikes, cars and the camper - and that's 65 psi. Mobile, portable. Bit heavy to take on the bike! But goes in the camper when we are away.
Bit pricey but 3 years on I would still buy one.

i have one , if my tyre is above 60 psi already i have to deflate it to pump it up properly as the initial back pressure stops the pump working

Track pump for home is one of the best options, many types and prices, the Joe Blow pumps always get good reviews, just my view but the Lidls track pumps are very cheap but for about £7 there are great value and work surprising well.

Blackburn Air Tower that I must of had over 20 years. Also have a Silca Track pump that must be over 35 years old. Needs new washers that one.
