I think the selling point here is it's condition not it's age. When advertised clearly picture the bits that would normally decay with use eg. Sprockets , tyre tread and pedal surface. I would stick it on GT/Eb/FbMp fit say £150 and if a quick sale isn't important gradually reduce the price towards £100 if no interest.

It’s a 2009/10 Specialized Crosstrail (I worked for Specialized back in 2010) nice bike, worth around £120
