I won't be ordering from Kinetics again :-(

I ordered a Streamer fairing from Kinetics over a month ago. On the order, I specified that it was needed by a particular date (two weeks after the order was placed). It didn't arrive by that date, emails went unanswered and there was no response (not even an ansafone) on the phone number.

I finally managed to reach them today to be told they hadn't even ordered it from the manufacturer yet as they were waiting for some bikes to be built so they could ship it with that. At no point was I told this, or indeed, had any communication at all from them.

I've now cancelled the order and will try to get it direct from Germany.
