Apart from being a spiritually great person, the dalai lama impressed me when he was interviewed by Michael Palin on Himalaya. Palin asked him what he thought the worst thing was about international travel. His reply, delivered with a massive grin, intimated that he was most inconvenienced by having to have a poo at different times of day because of the jet lag.
