ISM Saddles - hype or fad?

I've seen a few around lately, and fans of theirs are very quick to tell you how amazing they are and everything else is rubbish. Odd design.

Anyone have one? What do you think?

Most people turn to the ISM range because they experience genital numbness. Trust me. If you experience genital numbness, then find a saddle which eradicates it, you'll feel very happy. I know, I ride a Selle SMP, which I love so much that I might ask for it to be buried with me.

Not really hype or fad - just another alternative. Impossible for anyone to give you useful feedback on the ISM in reality. The only practical option is to try it. If it works, then it's money well spent. If not, then just stick it on ebay. A lot of people do rave about them though...especially TTers..

My other half uses one, she finds it more comfortable than the toupe she was using before. She is sitting next to me while i write this, She gives it 10 out of 10, She also wears assos bibs, She is happy to do 100 mile plus rides with this combination,

I must be one of the few who's tried two different models and didn't like either. No amount of adjustment helped. Maybe some dealers will do a try before you buy?
